Kristian Kloeckl holds a PhD in Design Sciences and is coordinating the research unit nanodesign at the Iuav University of Venice where he also teaches design classes. He has conducted research at the SENSEeable City Laboratory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has published in international journals and books and written on the design of real time interface elements in urban space and on ways of combining the research on nanotechnology with explorations in industrial design.
